Admin Spa is a one-off, bookable hour of focused support designed to clear a meaningful section of your admin in a calm, structured way. While you take some headspace for yourself, I take care of the work — drafting, chasing, organising and completing the things that have quietly built up.
Think of it as a reset: practical, effective, and surprisingly relieving. One hour of focused help can often achieve more than a busy human trying to squeeze admin into the gaps of an already full day.

What exactly am I booking?
You’re booking one focused hour of my time to work through the admin you’d like taken care of. Tasks and priorities are agreed in advance so the hour can be used in the most helpful way.
How much will get done in an hour?
That depends on the nature of the tasks. I’ll use the hour to work efficiently and thoughtfully, prioritising what will make the biggest difference. Admin Spa is about meaningfully reducing your list, not rushing or trying to tackle everything at once.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. Once you book, I’ll get in touch by email to agree priorities and gather what’s needed. If you’d prefer, we can also use a short optional call to talk things through.
Do I have to do a phone call?
Not at all. Some people prefer a quick call, others would rather communicate by email only. You can let me know your preference when booking.
Is this a one-off or ongoing?
Admin Spa is a one-off booking with no commitment. You’re welcome to book again whenever you feel the need for a little space, or explore ongoing support separately.
How is my information handled?
Anything you share is treated as confidential and used only to carry out the agreed work. Access is requested only where genuinely required, and we’ll always agree the safest way to handle sensitive details.
What if my list is bigger than an hour?
That’s very common. If something looks like it needs more time, I’ll flag this clearly so you can decide what feels right next.
