Hello

I’ve spent my career working with some of the most ambitious thinkers across fast-moving environments where a lot is happening at once. Places where decisions matter, pace is high, and there’s no room for things slipping through the cracks.

I was the first assistant hired for YouTube in Europe and spent over a decade at the heart of Google during its early growth years. As the business scaled from start-up energy to global operation, I supported senior executives navigating complex, high-visibility work — helping bring structure, clarity and consistency as everything evolved around us. I worked closely with executives and their teams to anticipate issues, sense-check ideas, and keep momentum steady when the pressure was on. I was trusted to represent leaders externally, hold the detail internally, and ensure nothing important was missed — especially at moments that really mattered.

Earlier in my career, I worked with the Walkers marketing team at PepsiCo, supporting major UK campaigns in creative, deadline-driven environments where expectations were high and execution had to be spot on.

That experience shapes how I work today. I step into complexity, bring calm structure to busy situations, and protect my clients’ time so they can focus on the work only they can do.

Alongside this, I’ve always worked locally in and around Henley — from my first work experience placement at the Henley Veterinary Centre to supporting small businesses, individuals and events across the town.

Life

Henley has always been home to me. It's shaped by ambitious, like-minded people and it's wonderful to have the opportunity to work alongside such a wide range of businesses and talented neighbours.

Outside of work, I have a longstanding interest in animal behaviour, with a strong academic foundation in the subject that I continue to build on through further study and professional accreditation. It’s a discipline grounded in observation, empathy and consistency — qualities that quietly underpin how I support the people I work with.

When I’m not working or studying, I’m juggling my own busy life (often thinking I could really do with an Admin Spa of my own) — spending time with my husband, son, cat, training Kodi the Aussie puppy, walking dogs locally and chatting with Henley’s animal-owning community. I also enjoy roasting my own special blends of coffee - you are most welcome to try my Valley Roast!
